Hi-vis jacket with a removable hood and a soft polyester insulation and lining. Outer zippered chest pocket and an inside pocket, YKK metal zippers and buttons. Water resistant. Make sure you check the size chart. Jackets are slightly smaller than North American standards. If your normally a medium then you should order the large. Thanks
